  4. Login using your registered username and password.
  5. Click on the “Payment Services” option.
  6. Select the “Purchase estamp” option.
  7. Enter the relevant details, such as the district, article, first party, second party, stamp duty paid by, and purpose of stamp duty paid.
  8. Enter your PAN (optional) and mobile number.
  9. Enter the amount and click on “Proceed” and “Confirm”.
  10. You will be redirected to the Jharkhand Government Receipts Accounting System (JeGRAS) website to complete the payment.
  11. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Jharkhand e-Registration website.
  12. Click on the “estamp” button to download the estamp paper.
  13. Print the estamp paper on A4 size plain paper from any LaserJet printer.

You can also obtain an e-Stamp Certificate offline by visiting any authorized stamp vendor in the state. The vendor will generate a receipt for you, which you can take to the concerned registration office to complete the land or property transaction.
