AFCAT Application Form 2024: AFCAT 02/2024 Notification Released, Apply Online for 304 Posts

Indian Air Force will conduct the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) for the course starting in July 2025. The official notification for the AFCAT 02/2024 Examination will be available for download on the official website at afcat.cdac.in beginning 30 May 2024.

The online registration for the Indian Air Force AFCAT Recruitment Exam will be open from 30 May to 28 June 2024. Only applications submitted online through the official site will be accepted. A direct link to fill out and submit the AFCAT Application Form is provided below.

The Indian Air Force aims to fill a total of 304 vacancies through this recruitment drive. These vacancies include various officer-level positions for Flying, Ground Duty (Technical & Non-technical), and NCC Special Entry in the Flying Branches. Educational Qualifications Required for AFCAT Exam

Flying Branch & Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branches:

• Candidates must have passed the 12th Class Examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• They must also hold a valid Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university with at least 60% marks or equivalent.

Ground Duty (Technical) Branch:

• Applicants must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level and secured 50% marks in aggregate.
• They must also possess a minimum of four years of degree graduation or an integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering, Technology, or related fields from a recognized institution.

Air Force AFCAT 02/2024 Age Limit

• Flying Branch through AFCAT & NCC Special Entry: Applicants must be aged between 20 and 24 years old, born between 02 July 2001 and 01 July 2005 (inclusive).
• Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical): Applicants must be aged between 20 and 26 years old as of 01 July 2025, born between 02 July 1999 and 01 July 2005 (inclusive).

AFCAT Exam Registration Fee

• All applicants are required to pay an examination fee of ₹550/- plus GST for AFCAT Entry (not applicable for NCC Special Entry).
• The fee must be paid online; cash or demand drafts are not accepted.
